Authorities are investigating how Australia’s medical files with confidential details of death met 21-year make their way to school.
Zagreb medical school in the Centre of controversy has stopped using the image and has since apologized to his bereaved family, who still want to find their daughter’s killers.
MS. Lapthorne disappeared in mysterious circumstances of Dubrovnik’s Fuego nightclub on September 18, 2008. His body was found on the decomposed 18 days later and certain he killed her parents.
His father, Dale Lapthorne, says he is aware of the investigation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ‘ but could not comment on it.
DFAT spokesman said immediate action was taken, with the contacts made with the medical authorities, the head of the medical school, the police investigate and Croatia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
